Through our collaborative research, we uncovered an underutilized strategy: while most brands focused on technical specifications and connectivity, WiiM could stand out by emphasizing personalized sound setups and user independence. We shifted the focus from the technical aspects of the products to the brand’s core value—allowing users to create custom audio systems based on their own preferences, making premium sound accessible, and highlighting WiiM’s rapid innovation cycle driven by customer feedback. WiiM not only delivers superior audio, but also truly listens to its community.
